You may request closure of your jollywin account at any time by contacting our support team. Any dispute arising between you and jollywin that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Makati City, Metro Manila, Philippines. Players who believe their dispute relates to a regulatory matter may also escalate their complaint to PAGCOR through the appropriate regulatory channels.
